Hi, my name’s Jon.
I’m a Registered Dietitian and ACSM certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, with an M.S. in Dietetics, Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. I’m also a Certified Dietitian Nutrition Coach.
My goal is to discuss nutrition and exercise in layman terms, so as to educate and empower people to live healthier, more satisfying lives.
I look at nutrition and exercise as the gateway to health, happiness, and self development. When you make time in your life for better eating, and exercise, you make yourself a priority. And when you are a priority, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.
I help people develop a healthy foundation in nutrition and fitness, then move forward to achieve the dreams they thought impossible.
