As ideal as it seems, there really is no “one size fits all” approach to fitness or nutrition. Some approaches work for one person, and then completely fail for another. That’s because we are each unique.
Yes, we have some similar needs in terms of macronutrients, vitamins and minerals, but there are variations in our biochemistry, and metabolism that can result in diet variations.
But, nutrition is about more than biochemistry. The way we eat has a social, and an emotional component as well. All of this is to say that nutrition is personal. So is fitness.
But, that doesn’t mean you have to go at it alone.
As an online fitness and nutrition coach, I focus on the individual.

- What are the activities you enjoy and want to do more of?

From there, I help you find a path forward. We develop a strategy so we can close in on your health goals. Even though we’re focused on online nutrition coaching, we’ll also address your energy level, sleep, and stress, because these all influence each other and influence your health. If you don’t sleep well, your energy drops, your stress sores, you reach for the most convenient foods, and you struggle to reach your goals.
With my online nutrition coaching program, we address all of these variables, and we establish weekly goals to keep you on track to your personal wellness vision.
I’ll work with you on your diet, but I won’t put you on a diet. I’ll help guide you through making healthy decisions, but I won’t tell you what to do.
With my online nutrition coaching program, YOU are in the driver’s seat. Don’t worry, I’ll be here in the passenger seat, helping you navigate. The reason for this is that you cannot create change without taking accountability.
